I help busy, time-poor women improve their movement without complicated routines, so they can feel stronger, more mobile, and free in their bodies without adding more to their already packed schedules.

As an exercise physiologist, I understand the science of movement and joint health, but I also know the frustration of waking up stiff, heavy, and limited in your own body because I’ve been there too. It’s exhausting to feel held back by your body, especially when all you want is to feel light, free, and capable again.

That’s why I created this guide: to make movement simple, practical, and sustainable. Not with long workouts or pushing through pain, but with small, consistent steps that release tension, ease stiffness, and re-energise your body.
